The coupled problems of selecting control nodes and designing actions for nonlinear network dynamics are fundamental scientific with applications in many diverse fields. These thoroughly studied linear dynamics. However, spite a number open research questions, methods less developed. As observed by various studies, the prevailing graph-based controllability approaches might result significantly suboptimal performance We present new, intuitive, simple method simultaneous node selection sequence design complex networks is developed incorporating problem into an open-loop optimal approximately solving resulting mixed-integer optimization using mesh adaptive direct search method. framework numerically robust can deal stiff actuator constraints. Dynamic Sliding Mode Control of Nonlinear Systems Using Neural Networks
Dynamic sliding mode control (DSMC) of nonlinear systems using neural networks is proposed. In DSMC the chattering is removed due to the integrator which is placed before the input control signal of the plant. However, in DSMC the augmented system is one dimension bigger than the actual system i.e. the states number of augmented system is more than the actual system and then to control of such ...
متن کاملOptimal Node Selection Algorithm for Parallel Access in Overlay Networks
In this paper, we investigate the issue of node selection for parallel access in overlay networks, which is a fundamental problem in nearly all recent content distribution systems, grid computing or other peer-to-peer applications. To achieve high performance and resilience to failures, a client can make connections with multiple servers simultaneously and receive different portions of the data...
متن کاملRelay Node Selection Algorithm for Cooperative Communications in Wireless Networks
IEEE 802.11a/b/g standards support multiple transmission rates. Even though the use of multiple transmission rates increase the WLAN capacity, this feature leads to the performance anomaly problem. Cooperative communication was introduced to relieve the performance anomaly problem. Data packets are delivered to the destination much faster through a relay node with high rate than through direct ...
متن کاملMultivariable algorithm for dynamic channel selection in cognitive radio networks
The spectral handoff is important in cognitive wireless networks to ensure an adequate quality of service and performance for secondary user communications. This work presents a multivariable algorithm for dynamic channel selection used in cognitive wireless networks. The channel selection is based on the fuzzy analytical hierarchical process (FAHP) method. The selected criteria for choosing th...
متن کاملModified Dynamic Network Selection Algorithm for Heterogeneous Overlaid Networks
To meet wide expectation and growing demand of mobile users, operators have started to deploy different overlapping radio access network technologies. In heterogonous overlaid networks, network selection decision is delegated to mobile users to avoid processing and signaling overhead. In user centric network selection, users select the network selfishly to maximize their utility and cause undes...
